Pre Collection
Have a non-paying account not ready for collection?
Graystone Partners offers different pre-collection services to help you determine which accounts need to go to collections. Whether its taking advantage of our online collection service or using one of our customized letters, we can meet all of your debt recovery needs.

Demand Letters
A final step to any operation. The final demand gives your client one last opportunity to satisfy their obligation. These complementary letters instruct your customer to pay you directly. If your customer chooses not to respond, Graystone Partners will start the collection process immediately.

Pre-paid Letter Series
Our pre-paid letter series is ideal for clients who have balances less than $200.00. Unlike other letter services these can be purchased on an individual basis. Three letters will be sent your customer over a 45 day period demanding payment. These save you Time and Money. $15.00 per account.
